Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 23, 2026
By using Hadanat you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
About the site
Hadanat is an information directory that lists nurseries in Kuwait by governorate and area, and helps parents contact them directly.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep information up to date, but it is provided by the nurseries or taken from public sources and may change at any time, such as registration status, fees and opening hours. We recommend confirming directly with the nursery before any decision or registration.
The relationship between parents and the nursery
Registration, fees and any agreement are made directly between the parent and the nursery. The site is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the services the nursery provides.
Licensing and verification
A nursery's appearance in the directory doesn't mean an assessment of its quality or a guarantee of its license. The “Verified” badge means the nursery's details were confirmed by its management, and isn't a recommendation from us.
Featured placement and ranking
Some nurseries appear as featured or pinned. This placement may be paid or chosen by the site, and is marked with the word “Featured” or “Pinned”. The order of nurseries doesn't imply preference or recommendation.
Reviews
Ratings and reviews shown via Google Maps belong to Google and their authors, and we don't control their content.
Nurseries' obligations
- The nursery is responsible for the accuracy of the data and photos it submits, and for its right to use them.
- We may reject, edit or remove any incorrect or non-compliant content.
- A nursery can request edits to its page or its removal through the Remove / edit a nursery page.
Subscriptions
Package details, duration and payment method are agreed with each nursery when it subscribes.
Acceptable use
Automated or bulk copying of directory data, or using it to bother nurseries or send promotional messages, is not allowed.
Intellectual property
The site's design and content belong to Hadanat. Nursery names, logos and photos belong to their owners.
External links
The site contains links to external services such as Google, WhatsApp and Instagram, and we're not responsible for their content or policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect from the date they're published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
